Spiritual direction is a space created by a director for a directee's story to be attended to by the God of your understanding. I am looking for how your story interacts with God, and who you understand God to be. I am aware of how all stories become a spiritual story. The ancient wisdom of Spiritual Direction reminds us that I am a vessel, a gatekeeper, a space holder for your own soul's journey to be known, responded to by God and assumptions laid to rest. Saying what is true to God and hearing the response, present to the questions, but not needing them answered. I am looking for those in the journey, who want to journey together for a season and in the light of beloved as is. I'm not a coach although new spaces may open as we work together, I'm not a counselor although old narratives may be let go of as we sit with God. I am not a friend although we will enjoy a friendship. I am not a pastor yet I may care, share truth, minister and or pray for you. I am a spiritual director, and would be honored to sit with you.
